Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time by emailing northpierlocalmarketing@gmail.com. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

When you cancel:

• Your service continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• You will not be charged again after that period ends.
• We don't provide a partial refund for the remainder of a billing period already in progress — you keep full access to what you've paid for through that period's end.

Setup Fees

Each service has a one-time setup fee, charged when you sign up, covering onboarding work like account setup, initial strategy, and platform configuration. Once that work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable, including if you cancel shortly afterward.

Switching or Adding Plans

Want to change your plan or add another service? Just reach out and we'll help you adjust your subscription. Downgrading or removing a service follows the same end-of-billing-period timing as a full cancellation.
