North Pier Local Marketing LLC ("North Pier," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through northpierlm.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Contact form. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, company name, phone number, email address, the services you're interested in, and anything you tell us about your marketing challenges.
Checkout. When you sign up for a plan, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that. You can read Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically collected (only with your consent). Our consent banner gives you two separate choices. Both are off unless you turn them on.
If you click "Decline all" (or ignore the banner), none of these tools load on your device. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of our homepage, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
We use the information above to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you sign up for, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and understand how our site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who help us run our business.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.
We keep contact form submissions and customer records for as long as needed to run our business and meet our legal and tax obligations, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing northpierlocalmarketing@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link included in that email.
Our services are intended for business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
