These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of northpierlm.com and the marketing services offered by North Pier Local Marketing LLC ("North Pier," "we," "us"). By using our site or signing up for a service, you agree to these Terms.
North Pier provides social media management, ad management, email marketing, and website management services to local businesses on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page. Specific deliverables, posting frequency, and scope are as described for each plan at the time you sign up.
When you choose a plan, you'll be taken to Stripe's secure checkout to enter payment information and complete your subscription. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method the amount shown — including the one-time setup fee where applicable, and the first month of your subscription — and to continue charging that amount monthly until you cancel.
Subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically. One-time setup fees are billed once, at signup. Prices are as shown on our Pricing page at the time you sign up; we'll notify you before any price change takes effect on your existing subscription.
You may cancel anytime by contacting us at northpierlocalmarketing@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access to your plan's services through the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that. We don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period already in progress. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
One-time setup fees cover the work involved in onboarding your account — platform setup, initial strategy, account configuration, and similar work. Once we've begun that work, setup fees are non-refundable.
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, to have the right to use any business assets (logos, photos, brand materials, ad accounts, website access, etc.) you provide us for use in your marketing, and to pay for the services you've selected.
We'll perform the services described for your plan in good faith and with reasonable skill. Specific results (follower counts, ad performance, search rankings, etc.) depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and platform algorithm changes, and are not guaranteed.
We may suspend or end services if payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable time, or if you use our services for anything illegal or that violates a platform's (Facebook, Google, etc.) terms of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Pier's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits) arising from our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
